Problema con Legend of Dragoon PSX

Ho un problema con Legend of Dragoon.
Quando metto il disco compare il solito logo della Sony e della PS poi invece di farmi comparire il menu "Nuovo Gioco/Continua" mi mostra questa schermata

Cioè non sai collegare uno joystick al PC,non sai premere un tasto Apri e poi prendere la cartella del gioco? Mi deludi XD
